Vintage P.A.F. pickups are known for having the sweetest Humbucking tones.  The truth is that the early P.A.F. pickups were all over the place in terms of method and material. The result is that some sound outstanding and were lacking.

The formula used to create the best P.A.F. style replacement pickup for Humbucker equipped guitars is the result of many years of working with vintage guitars. If you’ve played more than a few sets of vintage P.A.F. style pickups, then you know they are not all exactly the same, some have a certain mojo that others are missing.
