The Best Fender Blackface Amp of All Time is debatable but you can't go wrong with the 1965 Fender Deluxe non Reverb.  A Fender Amp Comparison Chart or Fender Amplifiers Guide won't do anything for you. You have to listen.

Best Vintage Fender Amp is hard to say but a lot of folks swear by the Fender Deluxe Reverb.  Vintage Fender Amps are great and the Fender Amp timeline ends with the Fender Blackface Amp.
